All prices include a complimentary full English Breakfast, all services and any applicable taxes.
Room tariffs vary from between £27.00 and £90.00 depending on room type, availability and seasonal variations. Typically a standard Twin/DBL is £55.00. For more details download brochure
Our standard check out time is 10:30-am on the day of departure

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our restaurant between the hours of:
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 08:30
Saturday 07:30 - 09:00
Sunday 08:00 - 09:30

Evening Meals
Evening meals available Monday – Thursday 19.00 – 20.00 and weekends by arrangement.

Arrivals
When booking please confirm your estimated time of arrival especially if you plan on arriving outside normal hours.
Please note that the normal check in time is after 12 noon although we will be happy to look after your luggage until your room becomes available.

Booking Policies
Once we have accepted your reservation, we require a valid credit card number (together with its expiry date, name as it appears on the card and a billing address) to guarantee your booking against cancellation.
Please note nothing is debited from the card unless a cancellation takes place by you.

Minimum Stay Requirements
At busy times of the year there may be a minimum stay policy in force. These will vary from 2 nights at the weekend and can be sometimes as much as 5 days during busy times.

Cancellation/Amendment
If you have to cancel or amend your reservation once confirmed, then cancellation charges will apply as follows:
7 clear days prior to arrival - No charge.
Within 7 days of arrival - full first night accommodation charge.
Within 24 hours of arrival - full amount for the full duration booked.
We strongly advise that suitable travel insurance is purchased to cover these cancellation/amendment charges.
